Making a purchase
Adopting a donkey online could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on the donkey that you wish to adopt and put it into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments.
If you are adopting from outside the ROI, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Credit card security
All credit/debit card transactions and details are handled by Stripe online payment gateway. Card numbers are not held in clear text on any website.
Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. Should your adoption pack fail to meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 7 days. We guarantee to replace it or refund the purchase price. You also have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any goods within 7 working days after receipt of goods.
