Supporting the donkeys of Inis Mor

The Donkey Sanctuary Ireland is committed to improving the welfare of donkeys in communities across Ireland. When we were asked to help donkeys living on the island of Inis Mor off the coast of Galway, our welfare team responded. 

In early November, two members of our team travelled by plane to the remote, picturesque Inis Mor to meet with donkey owners to support and advise them on how to improve the welfare of their animals. 

None of our vital community based work would be possible without the donations we receive from the donkey owners we support and our generous supporters.
