This ever popular event continues at Knockagh Lodge Equestrian Centre in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland on Saturday 31st October 2009 and there are still some places available. The event will begin at 10.00 am prompt and close at approximately 4.00 pm. Please bring a packed lunch and wear warm clothing and suitable footwear!

This workshop will be led by Ben Hart, Training Manager at The Donkey Sanctuary and is designed to help unravel some of the confusion and myths that surround donkey behaviour. Taught in a fun and enthusiastic way, the day will include a mixture of theory and practical sessions allowing plenty of time for questions throughout the day.

Allen Andrews, Regional Welfare Officer for the area will also be in attendance offering help and support to donkey owners and can be contacted on 07717 814946. There is no charge for this event but voluntary donations are always gratefully received.
